Ursula Munger and Jay Livermore met at Bowdoin College in 2013 when Ursula was a Junior and Jay a Senior. The couple tied the knot this July at Tatnuck Country Club, where the Bride spent her summers.

Ursula had a very clear vision for the wedding from the first time we met to discuss save the dates. Watching it come together was nothing short of magical.

Meet the newlyweds! Ursula & Jay Livermore

From the outset, Ursula knew she wanted overflowing floral arrangements with bright and cheerful accent colors like pink and red. From there, we worked together to create a deconstructed wedding crest with illustrated elements that highlighted the couples history together for their Save the Date.

Hand painted elements from Ursula & Jay’s past, present, and future: A Bowdoin bear partaking in one of their favorite college activities (skiing); a nod to their engagement in Paris; golf clubs for their wedding venue; the Avalon boat where they spend their summers together; and elements of the bridal bouquet

For the formal invitation, we worked closely with Heidi Brissette of She Luxe Weddings to land on a concept that would give Ursula and Jay’s guests a glimpse of what the wedding day would look like.

Ursula chose a handful of vintage stamps that also reflected the wedding theme

Hand painted watercolor illustrations adorned both the wedding and rehearsal dinner invitations

For the wedding ceremony, guests were greeted with refreshments to keep cool. Personalized details – like the monogrammed cups and napkins – made the location feel more bespoke and intimate.
